What a refreshing read. Daniel’s growing up years and his life were drastically different than mine although we are pretty much the same age. He is an excellent writer. I grew up in the quiet countryside in Oregon. Many of his years were in New York City. Very much a different environment. Daniel brought his world, his moments, to me making me experience a world so different than mine. It’s obvious that he grew up loving his family. His experiences were captivating. I have shared this book. I will read it again. Thank you, Daniel, for sharing your life.
