Some say that the Irish are good storytellers. When reading Daniel J. Curran’s These Moments one would have to agree. This story isn’t fiction though. Rather it’s the telling of experiences and insights about those experiences that have played a significant role in the author’s life. The words on paper are introspective, raw with honest emotion interspersed with touches of humor and a bit of male audacity. It’s a good read, in fact I’m reading it a second time.
