Loved the book. Daniel is a very visual writer, whether it is flying a kite in Queens or running around Quebec. Having been to some of the locations in the book, I could see him in the moments. Great story teller. Thank you for sharing some of your moments.

One really never really knows what is going on behind the scenes in someone’s life. I am happy that Mr. Curran shared many of his moments/stories in this book. Some of them are sweet and charming (I especially loved the antics of his dear old Mom) while others left me tearing, and some just made me laugh out loud.

“These Moments” with its flashes of both humor and melancholy has something of the feel of Frank McCourt’s “Angela’s Ashes,” another son of Ireland. It’s a good read and certainly worth some of your moments.
